My journey to becoming a Tea Sommelier has been one of discovery, not just of tea itself, but of its deeper significance in culture, art, and life. 

Growing up in Brazil, with a deep connection to the land and my gaucho heritage, I was introduced to the art of drinking chimarrão—another form of tea that symbolizes connection and respect for tradition. It’s this respect for authenticity, ritual, and craftsmanship that has influenced every aspect of my work and vision.

As I’ve traveled to over 70 countries, I’ve been struck by the ways in which tea unites cultures and creates spaces for reflection, connection, and beauty. This insight has guided the creation of my business, where tea is not merely a product, but a reflection of a lifestyle—one that celebrates the beauty of the moment, the artistry of blending, and the ritual of drinking tea.

This philosophy guides everything I do—from the hand-selected tea leaves I source to the bespoke tea blends I create. Every aspect of my business is curated to appeal to those who seek not only a high-quality tea but a deeper connection to the art and ritual of tea-drinking.

I craft each blend with care, attention to detail, and a respect for tradition. Yet, I also embrace modern innovation—combining classical tea wisdom with contemporary culinary artistry to create blends that are as intellectually stimulating as they are pleasing to the senses.

My aim is to offer tea experiences to those who appreciate the finer things in life, and who understand that beauty is not just in what we see, but in how we experience the world.
